Your home screen. See active jobs, anything at risk, and crew on site at a glance. The AI Morning Briefing summarizes what needs your attention. Tap the microphone and just talk โ say something like "Log 8 hours for Paco at Longhorn Ridge" and it does it for you.
Add each project here: name, client, location, budget, and due date. Each job shows its progress and how much of the budget is used. The budget "spent" number fills in automatically from the hours your crew logs (hours ร their pay rate), plus any materials/sub costs you add.
Add each worker: their name, role, labor rate ($/hour), and which job they're on. The labor rate is important โ it's what lets the app calculate job costs and payroll automatically.
Log who worked, on which job, how many hours, and the date. This feeds both your payroll totals and the automatic job-costing. You can also log hours by voice from the Today screen.
Run a Payroll report (hours per worker for the pay period), a Job Cost report (budget vs. actual per job), and more. Pick a date range and export to Excel or PDF with one click.
The AI automatically flags jobs that are over budget or falling behind schedule, so problems surface early instead of at the end.
Ask anything in plain English: "Which job is over budget?", "How many hours did Paco work this week?", or even "What inspections do I need before drywall?" The AI knows your business and California building codes. Always confirm permit specifics with your local building department โ the AI gives general guidance, not official rulings.
Keep track of your subs โ name, trade, phone, and which job they're on.
Add your team and set what they can see:
